At GLORAVO LLC, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy explains how we process orders, handle deliveries, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Supply chain disruptions
- Other events outside our reasonable control
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please allow carriers up to 48 hours to activate tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost:
- Contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
- We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, we’ll provide either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
at our discretion.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing items
You must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the shipping label
- A short video if requested
Claims submitted after the 5-day period may not qualify for replacement or refund unless required by applicable law.
30-Day Return Policy
Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Include all accessories
- Not show signs of misuse or damage
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened pet food
- Opened treats
- Opened supplements
- Personalized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable
unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any product, customers must contact GLORAVO to obtain return instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
If an eligible item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer:

- Exchange
- Refund
depending on product availability.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused without prior authorization, any return shipping costs or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, GLORAVO reserves the right to request additional information when investigating:
- Damaged item claims
- Missing item claims
- Refund requests
- Chargebacks
- Suspicious return activity
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of future purchases or claims.
Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute.
We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service where permitted by applicable law.
Delivery Delays
GLORAVO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Package Security
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, customers are responsible for securing the package from theft or loss. If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and your local authorities. We will gladly assist with available carrier documentation.
Bulk & Commercial Orders
Orders placed for resale, commercial use, or in unusually large quantities may not be eligible for standard return or refund policies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
